DateMitra is for adults 18+. Child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, trafficking, sexualization of minors and child sexual abuse material are prohibited, including fictional or AI-generated material. Do not attempt to bypass age restrictions or safety controls.
Report a conversation from its header, long-press a generated message to report that message, or use Profile > Report a concern. Select Child safety for an urgent child-safety concern. Do not upload or forward illegal images. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
The operator must monitor reports, investigate concerns, remove prohibited material and restrict offending accounts as appropriate. When required, the operator must preserve relevant evidence securely and report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities or reporting organization under applicable law. Reports are not a substitute for emergency services. A designated child-safety contact must be provided in Play Console and monitored by the operator.
The service must prohibit and prevent restricted AI content, test safeguards across supported languages, and use reports to improve moderation. Disclosure and reporting alone do not replace generation safeguards. Users must not request prohibited content even if a model would produce it.

Account data is retained while the account is active. When deletion is requested, active account data is deleted. Limited security, fraud-prevention, legal, operational-log and backup records may remain only where required or until routine deletion cycles complete.
