These terms govern DateMitra. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account/profile information and keep your credentials secure. Do not use someone else's account or misrepresent your age.
Characters, names, biographies, locations, activity and replies are fictional or AI-generated. They are not verified human users, and no real-world meeting or relationship is promised. AI can produce inaccurate, inappropriate or inconsistent replies. The service is for entertainment and conversation, not medical, legal, financial, emergency or other professional advice. For emergencies, contact local emergency services.
Do not create, request, upload or distribute child sexual abuse or exploitation material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, grooming, trafficking, threats, harassment, hate, illegal sexual content, fraud or instructions that facilitate serious harm. Do not solicit money, impersonate others, invade privacy, bypass safeguards, attack the service or infringe intellectual-property rights. These rules apply to prompts as well as generated content.
You retain any rights you have in the content you submit. You grant the service the permission needed to store, process and transmit it to provide conversations, safety review and other requested features, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Only upload photos and other content you are entitled to use. AI output may not be unique and is not guaranteed to be free of third-party rights.
Use Report in a chat or Profile > Report a concern to flag content. Long-press a generated message to identify it in a report. Do not redistribute suspected illegal material. We may restrict access or remove content/accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. Safety reports must inform investigation and safeguards; the service operator is responsible for monitoring and responding to reports.
Availability, uninterrupted service and response times are not guaranteed. Messages may remain queued during network or service interruptions. Delivery indicators are not a guarantee that an AI response will succeed. You can stop using the service and request account deletion through Profile or the external deletion page. Hiding a conversation and signing out are not deletion.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We may update features and terms; material changes will be communicated through the service. Contact the operator below about these terms or a dispute. Applicable mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

Account data is retained while the account is active. When deletion is requested, active account data is deleted. Limited security, fraud-prevention, legal, operational-log and backup records may remain only where required or until routine deletion cycles complete.
